Gemini Communication announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 01 April 2016

Gemini Communication announced that M. Raju shall vacate the office of Compliance Officer of the Company and B. Srinivasan shall be appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company. This shall come into effect from 01 April 2016.
