Sterling Green Woods announces cessation of direct and resignation of CEO

Sterling Green Woods announced that Padmanabha Vaidiramnarayan Iyer was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company. He ceased to be director of the Company due to his sad demise. Company took on record his valuable service during his tenure.

Furhter Ashish V. Raval has been ceased as a Chief Executive Officer due to resignation.
