Genus Power Infrastructures announced that upon recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 14 November 2014, has approved the appointment of Rakesh Kumar Agarwal, (Chartered Accountant), as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with immediate effect.
