Goa Carbon announced that the following change in the directorate of the Company as approved by the Shareholders at their Annual General Meeting held on 08 July 2015:- Appointment of Kiran Dhingra as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a term of five consecutive years up to the fifth consecutive Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2020, not liable to retire by rotation.
