Godrej Consumer Products consolidated net profit rises 59.24% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 4.79% to Rs 2494.41 crore

Net profit of Godrej Consumer Products rose 59.24% to Rs 617.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 387.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 4.79% to Rs 2494.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2380.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 24.94% to Rs 1634.18 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1307.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 5.68% to Rs 9768.02 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 9242.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
