Gufic Biosciences announces change in directorate

With effect from 13 November 2014

Gufic Biosciences announced about the following change in directorate of the Company;

1. Dr. M. G. Dhapalapur, Executive Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company due to pre-occupation his resignation was duely accepted by the Board in their meeting held on 13 November 2014.

2. Hemal Deasi, Non- Independent Director has been appointed as an Additional Director w.e.f. 13 November 2014.
