Board of Suryajyoti Spinning Mills approves allotment of preference shares

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 13 November 2014, considered and approved the allotment of 3,07,000, 10% Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares of Rs. 100/- each in the Capital of the Company.
