Gujarat Industries Power Co announces change in directorate

With immediate effect

Gujarat Industries Power Co announced that pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company, the Government of Gujarat has nominated L. Chuaungo, IAS as the Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.

L. Chuaungo, IAS is already Managing Director of the Company.

In view of above, L. Chuaungo, IAS, is now Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.
