H T Media standalone net profit declines 67.59% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 16.75% to Rs 325.31 crore

Net profit of H T Media declined 67.59% to Rs 7.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 22.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 16.75% to Rs 325.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 390.74 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 34.18% to Rs 61.51 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 93.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 6.20% to Rs 1432.04 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1526.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
