Hanung Toys and Textiles announced that pursuant to the provisions of Section 139(8) of the Companies Act 2013, Ravindra Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountant, 12, Ist Floor, Satya Niketan, New Delhi has been appointed as the Statutory Auditor of the Company at the Board Meeting held on 20 November 2014 to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s AMRG & Associates, Chartered Accountant, New Delhi due to pre-occupation in other professional assignments.
