HDFC acquires 9.12% stake in HDFC Credila for Rs 395 cr
Housing Development Finance Corporation has completed the acquisition of 1,14,70,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, representing 9.12% of the share capital of HDFC Credila on a fully diluted basis for a total consideration of Rs 395 crore and accordingly, HDFC Credila has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation.
