HDFC Securities receives SEBI nod for setting up subsidiary in GIFT IFSC
HDFC Bank announced that HDFC Securities (subsidiary of the Bank) has received 'No Objection' on 19 September 2022 from the Securities and
Exchange Board of India for setting up a wholly owned subsidiary ('WOS') in GIFT IFSC subject to certain terms and conditions as mentioned therein.
