Helios & Matheson Information Tech. to hold board meeting

Helios & Matheson Information Tech. will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 October 2014, to discuss issues relating to raising long term funds not exceeding Rs. 300 crore, periodic review of the company, and consider extension of the accounting year for FY 2013-14 covering a period of 18 months from October 01, 2013 till March 31, 2015, and others.
