Hemang Resources announces resignation of company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 03 October 2015

Hemang Resources announced that Ramandeep Kaur Bhatia has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and has been relieved with effect from 03 October 2015.

Further the Company has appointed B.L. Kakrecha, CEO as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 04 October 2015 till appointment of new Company Secretary in place of Ramandeep Kaur Bhatia.
