Hi-Tech Gears announced that Alok Agarwal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 01 December 2014. His appointment was considered & approved by the Board of Directors in its previous meeting based on the recommendation of Audit Committee & Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.Further, Vijay Mathur, Sr. General Manager (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer has stepped down from the post of Chief Financial Officer. But Vijay Mathur will continue to act as the Sr. General Manager (Finance).
