Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 18 June 2015 allotted 1,89,910 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,20,61,210 consisting of 157,60,30,605 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
