IFCI divest 0.17% stake in NSE

For Rs 29.63 crore

IFCI announced that it has made partial disinvestment to the extent of approx. 0.17% of its stake in NSE viz. 75,000 (Seventy Five Thousand) equity shares, to a certain buyer at price of Rs. 3,950/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 29.63 crore on 30 December 2015.
