IIFL Holdings announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated 08 July 2015, allotted 6,09,000 equity shares to the eligible employee(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 31,05,33,948 equity shares to 31,11,42,948 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
