IL&FS Engineering & Construction Co update on nominee director
IL&FS Engineering & Construction Co announced that Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS), the Promoter of the Company, vide its letter dated 12 October 2018, has nominated CS Rajan, Director, IL&FS, as a Director of the Company.
The matter with respect to appointment of Rajan will be placed in the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for its approval
