Indiabulls Securities allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Indiabulls Securities announced that on 02 January 2015, the Company, has issued and allotted 11,650 (Eleven Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under - 'lndiabulls Securities Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.

Consequent to the, said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 52,16,60,172/- divided into 26,08,30,086 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
