Indian Bright Steel Company announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 16 October 2014

Indian Bright Steel Company announced that Abhilasha Dubey, Company Secretary on her resignation, will cease to be Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 16 October 2014.

Further, Supriya Rajeshirke, Chartered Accountant will act as authorized signatory of the Company till a new Company Secretary is appointed.
