Sharma, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary (Transport), Govt. of NCT of Delhi, as an
Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2019. Rajeev Verma shall cease to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2019.
