Info-Drive Software announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 31 March 2015

Info-Drive Software announced the following:-

1. A. S. Giridhar has been reappointed as Manager of the Company for the period from 01 April 015 to 31 March 2016 in terms of Section 2(53) and Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Smitha Ramachandran has been appointed on the board of the Company as a women Director effective from 31 March 2015.

3. Lakshmi Sankarakrishnan has been appointed on the board of the Company as a women Director effective from 31 March 2015.
