Infosys to announce Q4 results on 20 April

Infosys in a regulatory filing during market hours today (16 April) announced that it will consider Q4 results on 20 April 2020.

The IT major said that the results will be announced around 3:45 IST and following the release, the leadership team will be part of a common press conference at 4:45 p.m. IST.

The company will also conduct a single 60-minute conference call at 6:15 p.m. IST where the senior management will discuss company's performance and answer questions from participants.

On a consolidated basis, Infosys net profit rose 10.9% to Rs 4,457 crore on 2% increase in revenues to Rs 23,092 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q2 September 2019. The company also increased FY20 revenue guidance to 10%-10.5% in constant currency higher than 9%-10% estimated earlier.

 

Shares of Infosys fell 2.34% to close at Rs 624.20 on BSE. Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex rose 222.80 points or 0.73% higher to close at 30,602.61.

Infosys is engaged in the business of offering digital and consultancy services.
