Inox Leisure receives NCLT approval for scheme of merger
Inox Leisure announced that the Scheme of Merger (By Absorption) of Swanston Multiplex Cinemas with the Company has been approved by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal Bench at Ahmedabad and Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal Bench at Mumbai. The scheme has become effective 27 September 2019.
