Inox Wind announces resignation of director

With effect from 01 April 2016

Inox Wind announced that Dr. Rama Sankaranarayana Iyer, an Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board with effect from 01 April 2016 due to his pre-occupation and other engagements. Consequently, he ceases to be a Member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 01 Apri 2016.
