ITC allots 7.75 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 7,75,760 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 77,576 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 16 November 2021, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1232,23,78,0811- divided into 1232,23,78,081 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
