ITC allots equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC announced that the Company on 18 August 2015 issued and allotted 24,94,230 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,49,423 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 18 August 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 802,34,17,251/- divided into 802,34,17,251 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
