ITC invests further (3rd tranche) in Delectable Technologies

Now holds 27.34% in Delectable on fully diluted basis

ITC has acquired on 20 December 2021 in the third tranche, 1,964 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each of Delectable Technologies (Delectable).

With the aforesaid acquisition, the Company's shareholding in Delectable aggregates 27.34% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis.
