Supreme Court puts stay on operations of NGT orders

J Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Supreme Court has stayed the operation of the orders passed by the National Green Tribunal directing the closure of industrial activities at the Company's plant at Panoli, Gujarat.

The Company believes that it has all necessary clearances and consents to carry on its industrial activities at the said plant and is in compliance with the applicable laws
