Jai Mata Glass will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 March 2015, to consider appointment of Anu Marwah as an Additional Independent Director (Woman Independent Director) upto the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.
