Jasch Industries update on its wholly owned subsidiary - Jasch North America Co.
Jasch Industries announced that Jasch North America Co. (JNAC - the foreign wholly owned
subsidiary of the Company) is in the process of transferring its entire shareholding in Indev
Gauging Systems Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of JNAC) to a USA-based entity, pursuant
to an agreement entered into between JNAC and the aforesaid entity.
