Jay Bharat Maruti announces change in nominee director

With effect from 13 July 2015

Jay Bharat Maruti announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Rajiv Gandhi as an Additional Director of the Company (Nominee of Maruti Suzuki India), with effect from 13 July 2015 in place of Ravindra Dayal, who has resigned from the office of Director of the Company with effect from 13 July 2015 due to withdrawal of nomination by Maruti Suzuki India.
