JBF Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 December 2014 to consider enabling resolution for raising funds through FCCB/NCD/QIP/Private Placement/Preferential Allotment, under different terms and conditions as decided by the Board of Directors; & to give authority to the Board of Directors to seek shareholders approval by way of Postal Ballot or Extra Ordinary General Meeting as per requirement
