Joonktolle Tea & Industries announces change in directorate

With effect from 12 August 2015

Joonktolle Tea & Industries announced that Hemant Bangur has stepped down from the position of Managing Director, designated as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company, with immediate effect. However, he will be continuing as a Director of the Company. The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation from the position of Managing Director, designated as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company effective 12 August 2015.

The Board has further decided to appoint Hemant Bangur as Chairman of the Company in its meeting held on 12 August 2015.
