K P R Mill announces change in directorate

With effect from 27 July 2015

K P R Mill announced about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from 27 July 2015:

1. A. Sekar, Whole-time Director has retired.

2. P. Selvakumar, Manager (Taxation) has been appointed as 'Wholetime Director' of the Company at a remuneration.
