Kalpataru Power Transmission announces change in compliance officer

with effect from 03 October 2019

Kalpataru Power Transmission announced that Basant Kumar Parasramka, Interim Company Secretary & Interim Compliance Officer, has superannuated on 3 October, 2019 and has accordingly ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance officer w.e.f. close of working hours of 3 October, 2019.

Consequently, the Company has designated Rajeev Kumar as Compliance Officer in terms of Regulation 6 of the Listing Regulations to be effective from 4 October, 2019.
