Karur KCP Packkagings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 November 2014, to consider the Postal ballot process / E Voting process towards amendment of Objective Clause of Memorandum of Association of Company, take on record & publish the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended 30 September 2014, and to consider and seek board's approval for maintenance of books of accounts and records in the places within India, other than Registered office of the Company.
