Precision Wires India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 November 2014, to consider and to take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter & Six months ended 30 September 2014 (Q2) of financial year 2014-2015 and to recommend and declare Interim Dividend, if any for FY 2014-15.
