Koa Tools India announced that it is signing a Joint Venture with Deutche Hospitality for development of 5 Star Hotel Projects in India and Overseas.The Joint Venture will also acquire 5 Star Hotel Projects all over India & Overseas. The Company will jointly make Investments over $1 Billion in the Hospitality Sector.
The Company is already discussing Acquisitions of several 5 Star Hotels in India.
