Kotak Mahindra Bank allots equity shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on 04 February 2016 has allotted 3,03,974 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options.
