KRBL to consider final dividend

KRBL will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 May 2018, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Accounts of KRBL Limited for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, as well as Audited Financial Results of KRBL Limited for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and to consider recommendation of final dividend, if any.
