KSE announced that as per the proceedings of the AGM held on 25 September 2014, the Company have appointed three existing directors, namely, K. P. John, Jose Paul Thaliyath and Joseph Xaiver, as Independent Directors and also appointed Sathi A. Menon as women director, who is also an independent director.Further in the Board Meeting held on 06 October 2014, Jose Paul Thaliyath, Independent Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board with effect from 23 October 2014.
