L&T Financial Holdings to raise up to Rs 300 cr by way of private placement of CRPS

L&T Financial Holdings announced that the Committee of Directors has approved the issuance of upto 3 crore Cumulative Compulsorily Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares (CRPS) of face value of Rs. 100 at par aggregating to a nominal amount of up to Rs 300 crore on a private placement basis at a dividend rate of 7.50% p.a. payable annually.
