Larsen & Toubro allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Larsen & Toubro has allotted 1,45,528 (One Lakh Forty Five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Eight) shares on 29 July 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
