Lypsa Jewellery signs documents for formation of subsidiary in Hong Kong

Lypsa Gems & Jewellery announced that its directors in the board meeting held on 19 December 2013, has authorized Manish Janani/Dipan Patwa, managing directors of the company, to sign all the required documents with concerned authorities for formation of 100% subsidiary company in Hong Kong.
