M B Parikh Finstocks appoints company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 04 March 2016

M B Parikh Finstocks has appointed Mittal Gori as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 04 March 2016.

Further the Company has informed that, Imtiyazul Hasan who work as COO and Compliance Officer will now continue as COO of the Company.
