Mahindra Retail sells its entire stake in Mahindra Internet Commerce
Mahindra & Mahindra announced that Mahindra Retail ('MRPL'), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, has sold its entire shareholding (100%) in Mahindra Internet Commerce ('MICPL'). Hence, MICPL has ceased to be a subsidiary of MRPL and as such of the Company.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
