Mahindra World City Chennai launches new phase of industrial zone

Spread over 42 acres

Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced that its JV with Tamil Nadu Development Corporation, Mahindra World City Chennai has launched a new phase in its industrial zone. Comprising of 42 acres of industrial land, the new phase is located in the Domestic Traffic Area (DTA) at MWC Chennai and has already received enquiries from companies interested in setting up operations at the integrated business city.
