Manappuram Finance rose 2.04% to Rs 100 at 15:25 IST on BSE after consolidated net profit surged 205.23% to Rs 192.39 crore on 52.43% growth in total income from operations to Rs 842.25 crore in Q2 September 2016 over Q2 September 2015.
The result was announced during market hours today, 10 November 2016.Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 227.70 points or 0.84% at 27,480.23.
On BSE, so far 15.26 lakh shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 6.07 lakh shares in the past two weeks. The stock hit a high of Rs 104.50 and a low of Rs 98.50 so far during the day.
